Vampower, Dualsky and GT Power Products (except batteries) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation. Other manufactuers may have different warranties to be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Urban R/C Products, Inc. (Urban R/C) will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Urban R/C inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after purchase. Urban R/C is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Individuals attempting to repair, purposly damage or alter Urban R/C products will void the warranty. This warranty includes products, other than batteries, manufactured or exclusively distributed by Urban R/C Products including, but not limited to, Vampowerpro, RS Products and Dualsky.

For Vampower batteries, Urban R/C will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Urban R/C inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within three (3) months after purchase. Urban R/C is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Individuals attempting to repair, purposly damage or alter Urban R/C will void the warranty.

Batteries that were not balanced prior to initial use, or batteries that have not been balance charged will void this warranty. Temporarily shorting the positive and negative leads, such as when cutting both wires at the same time, will also void the warranty.

For Speedy batteries, Urban R/C will guarantee the battery to arrive in good condition. Please check the voltage of each cell upon arrival. If any cell voltage of off more than 1/10th (.1) volts from the other cell(s), contact Urban R/C within 48 hours of delivery. There is no warranty once you charge, discharge, cut wires or solder the battery. This is one way we are able to offer such a low price on these, as a warranty must be factored into the price. This does not mean you will have problems with these. We have actually not had a single report of a bad battery yet!

Products not manufactured and or exclusively distributed by Urban R/C Products will be covered by the manufacturer under the manufacturers warranty. Urban R/C Products may, at its own election, replace certain defective products within 30 days of purchase date.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. URBAN R/C PRODUCTS AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

This is Urban R/C Products, Inc. exclusive written warranty.
